We offer Orton-Gillingham teacher development programs for special education teachers, general education teachers, parapros., as well as parents. The IMSE's Orton-Gillingham training is a multi-sensory phonics based program which offers material which can be added to your current curriculum inorder to provide comprehensive phonics instruction to your students. IMSE specializes in teacher development, inservice sessions, reading workshops, curriculum development, and parent trainings. Our teacher development programs in updated Orton-Gillingham are aimed at early intervention to decrease the number of students who are struggling with reading, writing, and spelling when they enter the fourth grade. The Institutes programs also are well suited for remediation of students who have fallen behind or who have dyslexia, learning disabilities, or other impairments preventing their reading development. IMSE also offer "Sensational Strategies for Teaching Beginning Readers" for parents to use with their children.
